Donald Thompson, Jr.
Don is an experienced, driven competitor with the proven ability to win races. His excellent track record in a variety of race cars and racing series in the U.S. and Canada has give him the experience to extract all available performance from the race car and himself. Don has a substantial number of top 10 finishes, track records and pole positions. In addition to his driving prowess, Don has crewed for SCCA, PCA and IMSA GT Endurance efforts. When away from the track, Don is a marketing executive in the Health Care industry.

Bill Sulouff
For the past 15 years Bill has been involved in competitive racing. Cutting his teeth also in SCCA club racing Bill then went on to spend a few post college years as a full time race technician with Leitzinger Racing helping to bring them back to back IMSA GTU championships. Since then he has race prepped cars for SCCA, PCA, and IMSA series. Bill owns Apex Systems the parent company to Bildon and other racing rlated ventures.

Drake Core
Drake has race experience in Barber Dodge, SCCA, and PCA. He was crew chief for BILDON in SCCA races from 1990-93. Drake has completed competition programs with Skip Barber and Bertil Roos racing schools and competes regularly on motorcycles as well.

Drake was the EARA Atlantic Cup Stock Expert Champion for 1999.
When not running around the track, Drake helps to run his family's commercial window sales and installation business.


Terry Coates
Terry Coates began racing in 1986 in the SCCA's Pro Rally series. Racing on gravel roads was an excellent teacher of car control, but it was too expensive for a college kid so Coates turned to Road Racing in 1989. By 1993, Coates had "come of age" on the SCCA National Racing circuit, running Showroom Stock Cars.

Since then, Coates has raced front-wheel drive, mid-engined, and rear-wheel drive cars, earning three Divisional Championships and setting 15 track records along the way. In a five-year run at the SCCA's National Championship, he finished second twice, third twice, and suffered one unfortunate mechanical failure while vying for third place.

He is a 1995 graduate of the Lyn St. James Driver Development Program. Terry is a facilitator in the automotive industry and a non-industry-specific voiceover talent.

Steffen Spies
Steffen is our long-time friend from Wolfsburg, Germany. We've visited him during his team's running of the Nurburgring 24hrs. and he has in turn travelled to the states to help us with our program. Steffen is a great source of information often separating the rumors from fact in the VW Racing world. When not racing with his team RSG-Wolfsburg, Steffen in an electronics engineer with a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG.
Alistair Oag
For years Alistair has been the engine builder and tuner for our racing engines. His vast experience and success in racing VWs is only surpassed by his knowledge of engine dynamics and precision machining. Alistair owns Interprep Performance Tuning, an enterprise for racing prep., component testing or any aspect of engine performance.
