Basic Gearbox Service:
We disassemble, degrease & inspect your gearbox and then replace bearings, synchros, detents, gaskets and seals as needed.
The installation of a racing gearset, a new final drive ratio* or a limited slip differential is no additional charge except for the cost of the parts themselves.
Turnaround time is usually a week to 10 days but please make you timeframe clear when you contact us.

Machining
We can carry out most machining on your gearbox including milling, turning, grinding, welding, heat-treatments, etc.
Shot-peening and REM Finishing
These friction and stress-reduction treatments can decrease the chances of stress fracture by up to 30%, and the reduced friction makes a big difference in the running temperatures and drivetrain losses. REM finishing in particular is a significant new breakthrough technology that we strongly recommend for our motorsport customers.
Cryogenic stress relief
This heat-treatment process is another effective (and measurable) way of improving your transmission's resistance to failure, and can be carried out on a wide range of parts.
Blueprinting
Assembling with like new (or better) tolerances and attention to detail is what makes our gearbox exremely smooth shifting and reliable.
Conversions
Our automatic to manual shift conversions are quite a popular way to get the most from your car, especially for customers who have purchased an automatic as a "donor car" and wish to convert it over to a standard for competition.
